Heritage
Five thousand years of cotton.
5,000 Years
A textile tradition, quietly continued.
The Egyptian textile tradition predates almost every other. Our role is to honour it — quietly. We work only with long-staple cotton, finished with the restraint that has always defined the craft.
We make linen the way the ateliers along the Nile have always made it — slowly, by hand, with the patience of a tradition that does not need to announce itself.
The Process
01
Grown
Long-staple cotton, hand-picked at staple length.
02
Spun
Combed and ring-spun for an unbroken thread.
03
Woven
Sateen or percale — every weave on traditional looms.
04
Finished
Single-needle stitch, mitred edges, washed soft.
